Still giddy from last night’s concert and relieved that our first stat ultrasound of the day was finished, I hung out in the conference room, playing music from my computer. One of our techs knocked on the door and first thing that came into my mind was, “oh no, another stat procedure.” He came in and told me that a person was looking for me outside and so I hesitantly got up to see who it was. It was sis in law, @luciamac24 . She told me that a package came from my sister and it was waiting in the car. Upon going out the door separating our department from the rest of the hospital, there I saw my sister (!!!) @belle_318 , her husband Darell and my darling nephews Derek and Ruiz!!!! They came all the way from Seattle without telling anybody! It was the best surprise ever ^_^ if I wasn’t on 24 hr duty, I would have left the hospital right then and there. I can’t wait to hang out with you guys soon :) I love love love you guys!!!!! Izzy, you’re still shy so I didn’t bombard you with bear hugs but I will soon!!!! MY DAY IS MADE. :)
Two years. Two years since this guy left to go on a magical adventure at Disneyland HK. Two years too long!! I was so happy when I learned you would be part of this show. The song you sang at the end was so beautiful. Congrats, and I hope to see you perform again very soon @felixaaronrivera !! ^_^ (at Teatrino Greenhills Promenade)
I have been looking forward to Rony Fortich’s concert for so many weeks now. It was all I could think about today. #BestSeatintheHouse is the best show I’ve seen this year. I’m trying soooo hard to preserve the structure of my comments but it is so hard because I just want to gush about EVERYTHING!! It seemed like every supreme talent of the local theater industry was there tonight. Thank you so much Mr. Fortich for bringing them all together, and thank you to every artist onstage for giving your all like you guys always do. *sigh* I was inspired, encouraged, and at the same time stressed.. More people should know about the abundance of talent the Filipino theater industry has. I tried so hard not let my jaw drop for a long time or ugly cry whenever someone sang an emotional song. Effort ha! I have so many things to learn and I learned so much tonight. I was so extremely moved. Everything was perfect. I wanna quote the song from Dreamgirls, “When I first so them, I said ‘Oh my. That’s my dream.’”. I am so glad I got to see and listen to everyone that was on stage. I still have sooo much to learn!!!! For now I will try to take it all in and remember how wonderful everyone there was. Tonight, I clapped and gave my most sincere Standing ovation. Congratulations!
Every last Friday of the month, we meet with the Pulmo department. They present their case while our chairman comments on the imaging findings that go with the case. This helps us recall and correlate our findings with the clinical picture, while this helps them utilize the different imaging modalities available for their diagnosis. #mdhradio
